I had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel in the heart of the mountains. The location was perfect, with the city center of Merano just a 5-minute drive away. The hotel provided excellent service, with room service and housekeeping always ensuring a comfortable and clean environment. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel also had fantastic facilities, with an indoor swimming pool and sauna that were perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking in the beautiful surrounding area.

the kitchenette in our room had two different coffee makers, but no complimentary coffee was provided.

During my Christmas break at this hotel, I was impressed with the top-notch facilities. The indoor pool was a lifesaver, especially after a long day exploring the area. The view from the balcony was stunning, and the location of the hotel was perfect, just a few meters from the bus stop. the travel card provided by the hotel was a major plus, saving us over a hundred euros in transportation, museums, and other places of interest.

That the on-site restaurant was not open during our stay. However, there were nearby options, and the kitchenette in the room had two different coffee makers, although there was no complimentary coffee.

the outdoor views were breathtaking and very soothing. the indoor pool was a delight after long walks in the area. the rooms were neat and had a homely vibe. We loved the location because it was very convenient for traveling to local places of interest. the hotel also provided us with a very useful transportation card that saved us a lot of money. We enjoyed relaxing on the veranda, which was large and provided stunning views of the surroundings.

It would have been great to have a full-service dining option in-house after a long day out.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The facilities were fantastic - I especially enjoyed using the indoor pool. The location was really convenient too, with a bus stop just a few meters away. It was easy to get to the centre of the nearby city and the Thermal baths. The view of the mountains from my room was stunning, and the balcony was huge! The staff were also super helpful and met all of my needs upon arrival.
